What do you get if you combine teenagers and science? Well, the result is pretty amazing and we call it… School Lab
How does it work?
School Lab is a competition for secondary school students. The competitors have three and a half minutes to present a school topic covering science and technology in a concise, clear and interesting way appropriate to their age. Videos of the presentations are assessed by a panel of expert judges and visitors of the School portal.
The presenters of the twelve most successful presentations take part in a grand finale in front of a live audience. The competition is organised by the British Council in cooperation with the Teacher Training Agency, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education and the Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNet.
What is the aim?
The competition encourages students and teachers to take a creative approach to studying and presenting science and technology.
